Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All items are handmade ceramics. Variations in colour, shape, or glaze are a natural part of the making process and are not considered faults.

Shipping:
Orders are carefully packed, however ceramics are fragile and transit is beyond our control. Shipping timeframes are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Change of mind:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Shipping damage or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
